About the lattice visualizer & downloads
This began as a quick PhD helper to show how tiny 1 ppm hydrogen really is inside iron. The lattice mode lets you spawn up to a million Fe atoms so you can feel how impossible it is to spot that single H hiding among them.
The standalone Python build handles those heavy point clouds with ease, adds a small challenge to hunt down that lone hydrogen atom, and stays flexible thanks to a simple YAML config. The web version sticks around for fast demos of SC, BCC, and FCC—perfect for talks or a quick phone demo.
For additional functionality, grab the desktop build or the Python bundle below and tweak away. Everything is open source.
